Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: We are a professional manufacturer since 2014, specialized in lithium ion cell design, development, production, sales and service of high-tech enterprises. The products are widely used in RC drones, RC cars, RC boats, Airsoft guns, Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth audio, sports DV, Intelligent Wear, MP4, POS machines, electronic cigarettes and other products. Q2: Can you do customizations?

A: Of course. We have professional engineers that can give you the most suitable solution according to your special requirements. And we can do customized battery assembling, code print, label sticker, color box and so on.

Q3: What kind of certificates could you provide for these batteries?

A: We have UL,CE,CB,KC,MSDS,UN38.3 for most our current models, usually no certificates if custom-making design. We could apply it if customers pay for the certificates testing fee, and when battery order is large enough in total, certificates fee will be refunded. 

Q4: How about the lead time? And the production quality?

A: The lead time is 3-5 working days for a sample and 10-15 working days for mass production. A pre-production sample will be offered for approval before mass production.

Q5: How can I get the products?

A: We have reliable partners that can arrange all shipments to customers by express(DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), by air, by train, or by sea. Customers can choose the best way to ensure timely delivery.
